
Transfer cap is a new feature in uTorrent which allows you to limit total bandwidth used by uTorrent and save extra money for the over usage of bandwidth. Once your test is complete, you will your real upload speed, upload limit, connections per torrent, etc right there. Make sure you have selected the checkbox which says Automatic Port Mapping. It will also check for the port number here to find if it is open.

Though the default settings will work fine if you are aware of your network speed, you can choose from the dropdown and also select a nearby location. It will run tests to check how fast is your upload and download speed and set options for locations, port settings, and locations.
