I opened the packed and found that dress did not have the correct bead work.the picture shows a more expensive and heavy leaf bead hanging from the bottom of the dress.they had substituted this for a cheaper flimsy alternative. Regardless I waited on my dress to arrive. First problem arose when they charged me in USD rather than rupees.I ended up paying out more than if I had been charged in their own currency. However, I was able to contact via what's app and in fairness they did reply to emails, although they seemed to be standard responses. I read other reviews and that only made my anxiety worse! I wanted to make a change to one item in the order and it was incredibly frustrating not being able to talk to someone direct. So I ordered online from UK a large number of items (10 suits and 2 trousers) amounting to quite a large bill and immediately regreted as I hadn't ordered directly previously. Cautious initially but did deliver as expected
